We always strive to process and fulfill orders in a timely manner and keep you well informed on the status and pricing of your project. With that said, we hope that you can understand with everything going on in the world between Covid-19 and material suppliers some things are just beyond our control. We are experiencing much longer lead times from our suppliers and drastic pricing increases in materials with little to no warning of these issues.
Since our 2021 catalogs were being finalized and sent to the print house in January, we have received many letters from our material suppliers explaining that they are implementing 8% - 12% increases on the materials we use to create our wide variety of products. These increases are not limited to just one sector of the commodity market but across the board from steel, aluminum, plastic, vinyl, lumber, and composite materials. We, unfortunately, can no longer absorb these increases within the advertised prices of our 2021 catalogs and will need to implement a 5% increase on all stock products; this will show as a material / commodity surcharge within your estimates. We hope you can understand our position during these times.
