Commercial Pile & Pier Docks

Custom designed permanent dock systems.

Permanent pile dock systems are custom designed in a variety of configurations and structural frames for commercial/municipal applications. Manufactured with a welded galvanized steel channel frame, our pile docks offer the aesthetic appearance of a wooden dock with the structural integrity of a steel frame system. Compared to a traditional style crib dock, pile docks provide less surface area for ice to come in contact with.

We have years of experience designing, fabricating and installing commercial dock systems in often challenging locations. We specialize in solutions for restrictive parameters in permitting, location, terrain, and limited space. We can structure phased dock systems to meet budgetary needs and growth potential.

We offer innovative concepts for the most unusual sites or circumstances:

  • On-site consultation to devise the most effective project plan
  • Conceptual layouts provided illustrating our recommendations
  • State of the art manufacturing facility — no project too small or too large
  • Custom fabrication
  • Work with architectural engineering companies
  • Designs can be certified and stamped by a licensed engineer
  • ADA compliant designs available

Features of our Commercial Pile Dock Systems

  • Large diameter thick wall galvanized piping is used on our pile dock systems for commercial use — pending the application they may include concrete filled piles for added structural integrity
  • Can be utilized for shore-side platforms, deck areas & walkways
  • Custom fabricated in any size, shape & layout
  • Heavy-duty galvanized steel channel frame
