Local Motion Bike Ferry Docks
Ferry docks and gangways for the Local Motion Bike Ferry on each side of “The Cut” on Lake Champlain.
We designed, fabricated and installed a pair of ferry docks and gangways for the Local Motion Bike Ferry.
The ferry allows riders to travel across the gap in the Colchester Causeway along the Island Line Trail and connects the south end from Burlington and Colchester with the north end in South Hero
The gap is a 200 foot wide "cut” in the causeway on Lake Champlain.
