What is the advantage of a Pile Dock over a Crib Dock?
Our permanent pile docks offer a better solution for longevity of the dock system. Since our pile docks provide less surface area for ice to come in contact with, they are less suceptible to ice damage.
Our pile docks also allow water to pass through underneath the dock (unlike a crib dock) which can block the movement of water and cause habitat problems.
