We are experienced with all phases of commercial waterfront construction and served as the general contractor for the Bolton Landing Municipal Pier Revitalization Project.
Project Scope
The timber pier was taken down below waterline and rebuilt using modular concrete block construction with decorative gazebo, railings, light fixtures, and landscaping responsibilities.
The existing timber crib docks were also removed (timber and stone) from the lake and replaced with a prefabricated hot-dipped galvanized steel permanent pile-supported dock system with a wave wall incorporated into the final design.
